The Premium Studio Rental includes access to our range of strobe and video lighting, universal transmitters, wheeled C-stands. Not sure how to use this equipment? Be sure to sign up for one of our monthly lighting workshops! Cancellation Policy
MY STUDIO Booking & Usage Policy 1. Booking Policies & Payments All rentals must be booked and paid in full at the time of reservation. A valid ID is required before the session begins. Renters must be 18+ to book. Bookings open three months in advance, with members getting two weeks of early access. Rental time includes setup and teardown. 2. Studio Usage Rules Respect all studio property and equipment. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or open flames. Pets allowed with a $50 fee, paid on-site. Keep noise levels reasonable. Renters get a 10-minute notice before the session ends to pack up. Exceeding booked time incurs extra charges. Professional and respectful behavior is required; violations result in session termination without refund. 3. Liability & Damages Renters are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft. A damage deposit of $300 may be required at our discretion. Report equipment issues immediately. MY STUDIO is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost items. Renters must ensure compliance with safety regulations. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling 72+ hours notice: Full refund. Less than 72 hours: Non-refundable. One-time rescheduling allowed with 48+ hours notice, subject to availability. 5. Compliance with Ontario Law Renters must follow Ontario health and safety regulations. Minors require guardian supervision. Renters are responsible for obtaining necessary permits/releases. By booking with MY STUDIO, you agree to these terms.
